  • Check-in is after 4pm. Check-out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign a Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) before entry information can be sent.

  • The main level of the home is accessed from either the garage or the front door with only one step.

Parking Information

  • There is parking available for a maximum of 4 vehicles at the property. No parking is permitted on the street.

Policies and Rules

  • No pets allowed.
  • Minimum age: 25 years. The primary renter must sign the agreement and be present during the stay.
  • No smoking allowed inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy (10 guests) allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the designated trash receptacle.

Fees and Payments

  • Bookings canceled within 24 hours of their creation will receive a full refund of payments.
  • Bookings canceled more than 24 hours after their creation are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Kitchen is stocked with cooking basics and utensils.
  • A starter set of paper products is provided: one roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and makeup remover cloths. These items are enough for one or two nights.
  • Hair dryers are not provided.
  • Towels and bed linens are provided.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • 4WD/AWD and/or chains are recommended during winter (Nov-March). Travelers should come prepared with proper vehicles. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
